Registering and logging in
You can register directly in the app. If you already use the member portal, use the same login; registering in the app also sets up portal access (CarePayment). Have your account number from your statement or Welcome Kit ready.
If the app isn't working
- Update the app and your phone's operating system.
- Try signing in at member.carepayment.com to rule out a login problem.
- Use the password reset on the sign-in screen.
- Call 866-625-8532 if you're locked out.
